Costa Calls for Immediate Vote on Farm Bill

Rep. Jim Costa (D., Calif.- Ag. Comm.) took to the House Floor to call for action on the Farm Bill during the Lame Duck. Farmers, dairymen, and producers need the security that only a 5-year bill can give.
