Keith Good joined the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois as the Social Media Manager for the farmdoc Project in 2016.
From 2003 to 2015, he published The FarmPolicy.com News Summary. For 12 years, the daily FarmPolicy reports provided a succinct recap of U.S. agricultural policy developments and current issues impacting the agricultural economy. FarmPolicy enjoyed a diverse reading audience of approximately 5,000 daily readers from around the country including Congressional and USDA staff, university professionals, journalists, and farmers.
Previously, Keith worked in both the Arkansas and Illinois field offices of USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service, as well as the Illinois Agricultural Mediation Program. He also has experience as an Investigator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Washington, D.C. – he graduated from Southern Illinois University (B.A., Economics; J.D.) and Purdue University (M.S., Agricultural Economics).
